This feature introduces the option to define and utilize emission factors with a value of zero, enabling businesses to accurately account for processes or activities that do not produce emissions. It supports scenarios where specific processes are emissions-neutral, allowing users to record these activities transparently and in compliance with ESG reporting standards.

Feature Details

The zero-value emission factor functionality allows users to create custom emission factors with a value of zero directly within the system. At the same time users will also be able to post from the Environmental Journals, lines with a value of zero or close to zero. This is especially useful for tracking emissions-neutral activities and documenting environmentally friendly processes without affecting overall emissions calculations.
