Can I add one card to multiple expense users?

Yes, in Expense Management, you can assign one company card to multiple users, including travel cards and virtual cards.

You can do this in either of the following ways:

• Without setting anything up - The card transaction stops in your inbox and you must select the user that the transaction belongs to. You'll receive the following error message:
  Card no: xxxx xxxx is used for more than one user. You must therefore manually select Continia User ID.
  Select the user in the dropdown menu in Continia User ID (do this for each transaction).
• Set up multiple users and user card mapping - For more information on how to do this, see Add one card to multiple expense users.
