Downloading per diems from Continia Online manually

Within Expense Management, downloading per diems from Continia Online is called synchronization. You can initiate synchronization from various locations in the system, including the Expense Management Setup page.

To synchronize and download per diems:

  1. In Business Central, search () for and select Expense Management Setup.
  2. On the action bar, click Actions > Functions > Continia Online > Synchronize with Continia Online.
  3. When synchronization finalizes, a confirmation dialog pops up with details about the per diems that were downloaded, click OK.

Regular synchronization is time-consuming, so to streamline the process, job queues offer automated synchronization in the background. For more information about using job queues in Expense Management, see Setting up job queues.
