Enabling multiple destinations for per diems

In numerous companies, multi-leg trips are a common aspect of daily business. For instance, a consultant may visit various clients at different destinations at varying rates. By enabling multiple destinations for a per diem, managing rates for these trips becomes much easier.

With this feature, you can specify one or more destinations for each per diem day. The applicable rate will be calculated based on the last destination visited. For the return trip, local rates apply.

To enable multiple destinations for a per diem:

1. In Business Central, search () for and select Expense Management Setup.
2. Under Per Diem, toggle Enable multiple destinations so it is on.
