By identifying any duplicate transactions in Continia Expense Management, this feature will prevent you from accidentally posting – or perhaps even paying – the same invoices twice.
Feature details
For each incoming invoice, Continia Document Capture will attempt to determine if a corresponding transaction already exists in Expense Management. If so, a warning will be displayed in the Comments section of the document journal. You'll be able to configure the comment type for added flexibility.
