Exchanging electronic documents directly with Continia Document Capture is a straightforward way to optimize your business. Public authorities all over the world are mandating electronic exchange of documents, and electronic documents are also becoming increasingly popular among business-to-business organizations – which is why it's an essential part of Document Capture.
Your options for exchanging electronic documents with Document Capture depend on which types of electronic documents and files you're exchanging. You can either connect to the Continia Delivery Network or send files to an email address monitored by Document Capture.
Continia Delivery Network
The Continia Delivery Network is a service that integrates with the Peppol eDelivery Network, enabling you to send and receive electronic documents directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Continia is a certified Peppol access point, eliminating the need for third-party vendors to integrate your company into the global Peppol eDelivery Network. When you sign up to the Continia Delivery Network, you're automatically set up as a recipient in the Peppol eDelivery Network. For more information, see Setting up the Continia Delivery Network.
Email address
When using an email address monitored by Document Capture, you can import electronic documents in most widespread formats. For a list of supported formats, see Supported electronic document formats.
