Viewing completed payment suggestions
Continia Banking uses payment suggestions to help you select, review, and prepare payments before they are sent to the bank. After a payment suggestion has been fully posted, it is no longer available on the standard payment suggestion pages. Instead, Continia Banking automatically archives the payment suggestion and its related data.
Use the Completed Payment Suggestions page to review previously posted payment suggestions. The page preserves the original payment suggestion information, allowing you to investigate historical payments, review applied entries, and understand how a payment suggestion was processed.
The page is read-only and intended for inquiry, reconciliation, and audit purposes.
To open the archive:
- Search () for and select Completed Payment Suggestions. The page is also available under History.
The Completed Payment Suggestions page displays all fully posted payment suggestions. From the page, you can:
- View the payment suggestion details.
- Review the number of posted payments.
- Review the total paid amount.
- Open the related posted payments.
- Open the related applied entries.
Archived payment suggestions can be deleted when they are no longer required.
To delete a record:
- On the Completed Payment Suggestions page, select the line(s), and on the action bar click Manage > Delete.
