Currency setup
The Base module supports semi-automatic import of euro conversion rates for your foreign currencies published by the European Central Bank (ECB). This requires that the relevant currency codes already exist in the Currencies table and are considered valid by the ECB.
Currencies FastTab (Ext. Features Setup)
When you create the OPplus initial setup data, the correct URLs of the ECB, which are required for the import of the currency exchange rates, are already entered on the Currency tab.
To view currency settings:
- Search (
) for and select Ext. Features Setup. - Navigate to the Currencies FastTab and view the following fields:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| URL Latest Rates | Used during import when you select the Latest Rates option. The ECB file contains only the current euro conversion rates. |
| URL Rates latest 90 Days | Used during import when you select the Last 90 Days option. The ECB file contains the euro exchange rates of the last 90 days. |
| URL Previous Rates | Used during import when you select the Previous Rates option. The ECB file contains all euro conversion rates valid as of January 4, 1999. |
