Business value
Many organizations use Microsoft Intune to centrally manage and secure corporate mobile devices. Adding Intune support for the Continia Expense Management App gives you control over how the app is deployed, configured, and used on managed Android and iOS devices. This helps reduce security risk, simplifies rollouts at scale, and improves compliance by ensuring employees use an approved, policy-controlled version of the app when submitting expenses.
Feature details
The Expense Management App will support Microsoft Intune, enabling admins to manage the app as part of their standard Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) setup. Administrators will be able to deploy the app to users or groups, enforce usage requirements (such as requiring managed devices and/or app protection policies), and control access in alignment with company security policies.
This ensures that expense submissions from mobile devices can be governed by corporate controls, allowing IT to standardize configuration, reduce support overhead, and meet internal compliance requirements across both platforms.
Note
This enhancement is backward compatible. Therefore, it doesn't require you to upgrade to Expense Management 2026 R1.
