Sending documents automatically on posting

The feature allows you to have invoices and credit memos sent to customers automatically when they're posted, with no manual sending and no separate jobs to set up for each document type. This means that customers receive their documents sooner and more reliably. Sending runs in the background, so you can keep working without problems – no interrupted sessions.

Feature details

On the Document Output Customer Card, the new Send on Posting field lets you turn on automatic sending per customer for sales documents, service documents, or both. When you post a sales or service invoice or credit memo for a customer, Continia Document Output sends it in the background based on the customer's output profile. If a document fails to send, the failure is logged in the Document Output error queue.
