As an end-to-end solution for automating and streamlining the distribution of business documents, Continia Document Output offers considerable benefits to virtually any business. Built directly inside Business Central, it's easy to integrate and set up, and it comes with a host of features to make your life easier.

With the addition of the Security module, a modular architecture has been introduced for Document Output in order to improve feature management, scalability, and license management. The comprehensive Essential module is an integral and essential part of Document Output, whereas you can freely choose to add or disregard the Security module as you see fit.

Essential

With the mandatory Essential module, you get all the features you need to simplify your document output and distribution. You can easily batch-print business files, design your own professional-looking email templates using the HTML editor, bulk-email sales invoices, reminders, and other business documents – and much more.

The Document Output Security module centralizes and enhances the protection of distributed documents by gathering all current and future security features in one convenient place. It can help you increase document protection using tried-and-true as well as cutting-edge technology, enabling you to, for example, safeguard sensitive content and ensure the authenticity and integrity of your outbound documents.
