I have some old email templates I'd like to use. How do I get them into my present Document Output installation?

Answer

You can export templates from an old account and import them into a new one, and here's how you do it:

  1. Open the Email Templates menu.
  2. Select the templates you want to export.
  3. Click on the Import/Export menu and select Export Template.
  4. Change to a different account.
  5. Open the Email Templates page, navigate to the Import/Export submenu, and select Import Template.
