Business value
This feature will provide you with a clear overview of documents that require immediate attention. By highlighting failed deliveries, a number of tiles in the Role Center – known as cues in Business Central – will help organizations quickly identify issues that could otherwise delay business processes. You'll be able to take corrective action faster, ensuring smoother communication with customers and partners. This improvement will reduce the risk of overlooked errors and strengthen operational reliability by centralizing error handling and making recovery steps more intuitive and efficient.
Feature details
A number of new Role Center cues will be introduced to highlight documents requiring your attention. These cues will list documents that fail to send – whether through email or the Continia Delivery Network – along with related log entries. Using the cues, you'll be able to perform follow‑up actions directly, such as resending an invoice via email if it failed to be delivered electronically via the Continia Delivery Network.
Most of the failed-documents cues will be grouped together in a new Document Output section in the Role Center, along with the cues relating to Document Output queues. Previously, these queue cues were displayed as duplicates in the other Document Output sections (the sections for sales documents and purchase documents), but when gathered in one dedicated section they're only displayed once. The remaining failed-documents cue will be part of a new Continia Delivery Network section dedicated to outgoing network documents.
