Role Center cues for failed documents
In the Role Center, the Continia Document Output queues have their own dedicated Document Output section, to avoid having them displayed as duplicates in the two other Document Output sections (which relate to sales documents and purchase documents respectively). Likewise, the Continia Delivery Network has its own dedicated Continia Delivery Network section focused on outgoing network documents.
For each of the queues in the dedicated Document Output queue section as well as for the Continia Delivery Network section, a cue indicates if any – and how many – documents have failed. If one or more documents have failed, the cue will turn red to indicate that it requires your attention.
The following table provides an overview of the failed-document cues and what cue groups they're in:
| Cue group | Cue | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Document Queue | Failed Document Cue | Shows the number of documents that have errors returned by underlying or downstream systems. |
| Print Queue | Failed Print Queue | Shows the number of documents that have errors returned by printers or print servers. |
| File Download Queue | Failed File Download Queue | Shows the number of documents that have errors returned by storage and file systems. |
| Outgoing Network Documents | Failed | Shows the number of eDocuments that failed validation or experienced network failure. |
To fix any issue indicated by a failed-document cue, click the relevant cue to open it's corresponding page, and then check for error messages and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
