Continia Banking permissions

To use Continia Banking, assign one or more permission sets (also called roles) to each user. These permission sets grant access to features and enable users to complete specific tasks. Continia provides several predefined permission sets, each designed for a specific purpose. You can also create custom permission sets if needed, or add users to a security group that already includes the required permission sets. For more information, see Assign permissions to users and groups (Microsoft Learn article).

Bemærk

Make sure to assign the necessary Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central permission sets, along with the Continia ones, to make sure that all features function correctly.

Standard Continia permission sets

Permission setDescription
CSC ADMINAdministrative access across Continia solutions.
CSC APP SETUPPermissions to setup tables. Required to activate Continia products, including Continia Core. Primarily used during installation or when modifying subscription agreements (e.g., enabling or disabling modules) in Business Central online.
CSC BASICMandatory for all Business Central users, even those not directly using Continia Banking. This set provides essential permissions to access and run objects that interact with standard Business Central code.

Continia Banking-specific permission sets

Bemærk

In the Role Center, you can only see the tiles and activities you have permission to access. If a tile related to Continia Banking is not visible, verify that the user has been assigned the appropriate permission set.
