Role Center cues for failed documents
In the Role Center, for each of the Document Output queues and for the Continia Delivery Network group, a cue indicates if any – and how many – documents have failed. If one or more documents have failed, the cue will turn red to indicate that it requires your attention.
The following table provides an overview of the failed-document cues and what cue groups they're in:

| Document Queue | Failed Document Cue | Shows the number of documents that have errors returned by underlying or downstream systems. |
| Print Queue | Failed Print Queue | Shows the number of documents that have errors returned by printers or print servers. |
| File Download Queue | Failed File Download Queue | Shows the number of documents that have errors returned by storage and file systems. |
| Outgoing Network Documents | Failed | Shows the number of eDocuments that failed validation or experienced network failure. |
To fix any issue indicated by a failed-document cue, click the relevant cue to open it's corresponding page, and then check for error messages and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
