This feature lets you configure unique payment settings for the same account and payment method. Use it when different export formats, creditor numbers, or remittance details are required.
Feature details
With Payment Information Setup, you can create and manage multiple payment configurations for vendors, customers, or employees. The system automatically applies the correct settings when processing documents. If no specific setup exists, it uses default values from the account and banking export setup. Access and edit setups directly from account cards or purchase invoices, and mark a default setup for automatic use.
