The Payment Statuses page

The Payment Statuses page provides a central place for reviewing all payment status updates received by the system. These statuses come directly from the bank and may include a wide range of information.

The page allows you to:

  • Search for specific payments using criteria such as end-to-end ID, amount, and descriptive text.
  • Verify the processing status of payments.

To use with the Payment Statuses page:

  1. Search (Search) for and select Payment Statuses.
  2. The page displays an overview of all received payment status updates.
  3. To find a specific payment, click Search on the action bar. This opens a detailed search panel where you can enter identification details such as IDs or text values, specify ranges for transaction or instructed amounts, choose whether the system should combine your criteria using Boolean logic like AND, and define how the matching results are presented.
