Business value
Users can now manually input total CO₂ emissions (kgCO₂e) in purchase invoices, purchase credit memos, environmental journals, purchase orders, and general journals. This allows ESG specialists to bypass system calculations and record externally verified emissions data with precision. The update simplifies data entry when total emissions are directly provided by suppliers.
Feature details
A new Total kgCO₂e (Manual) field enables direct emissions input. When this field is used, system calculations are skipped, and the value is posted to the primary environmental account. A Manual Input checkbox confirms the override and allows for entry of zero values if needed.
