Continia Sustainability now integrates with Microsoft’s standard Sustainability Value Chain logic to ensure accurate tracking of embedded emissions in purchased items. This alignment provides more reliable emissions data and supports better decision-making based on item-level CO₂e values.

Feature Details

When using Continia Sustainability with purchase orders and invoices, the system now updates item value entries and calculates CO₂e per unit in line with Microsoft’s standard. For first-time purchases of an item, the CO₂e value is taken directly from the document. For existing items, an average is used. This ensures consistent and accurate emissions data across sustainability reports.
