This enhancement enables better compliance and environmental reporting without disrupting standard processes by integrating emission data into the purchase order and purchase return order processes.
Feature Details
This update adds the same sustainability-related fields from the purchase invoice line to the purchase order line and supports partial posting functionality. Emission tracking is based on invoiced quantity, adhering to Microsoft’s standard Sustainability model. A new Emission Qty. per unit field is auto-calculated per line based on quantity, unit of measure, and total emissions. Invoices reflect emissions proportionally, and a new Posted Emission Qty field tracks cumulative posted emissions.
