Activating Continia eDocuments for Document Output
This article describes how to activate Continia eDocuments in Continia Document Output for v28 (2026 R1) and later. The activation is the first part of the overall setup process:
- Activating Continia eDocuments (this article)
- Setting up Continia eDocuments, including XML structures
- Setting up the Continia Delivery Network, unless this has been done at an earlier stage
- Creating a sender profile
- Configuring output profiles
- Setting up customers
Bemærk
If you're an existing user of Document Output, you must manually activate Continia eDocuments as described below to use the eDocuments framework. If you're a new user, it's activated and set up for you automatically.
To activate Continia eDocuments
To activate Continia eDocuments for Document Output, follow these steps:
- Search (
) for and select Continia Feature Management. - Under Document Output, locate Enhanced Continia eDocuments, and then select the box in the Enabled column to enable it.
You've now enabled the use of the eDocuments framework (replacing the XML export framework that's used in older versions of Document Output), including the use of sender profiles (replacing the eDocument Setup Code functionality used for older versions).
